Christmas!!!

It's Christmas time again. Another year is about to end and a new year to start. Much have been done, but more is yet to come.

This year indeed is real heavy for me. It is on this year that I hurdled a life-changing examination - the Philippine Bar Examination. Good or bad, surely the results by March next year would really create a big impact in my life. It may totally turn my life to a complete 360-degrees or will make my life as is. Looking forward to that day brings shivers to my veins. It was really an extraordinary examination.

Now that December has come, I am midway to the waiting period. It is my way of consoling myself by thinking more of Christmas than the examination. By third week of this month, I'm heading home. To the place where I grew up. To the place where all my beautiful childhood memories are stuck. When I'm home, it feels heaven. I will be the real me. The youngest-of-the-brood attitude will surely come out. I can cuddle with my mother, sleep with her, tell a lot of stories to her until the wee hours of the morning.

I don't look forward to gifts every Christmas, as it is me who'll be the one to give out and the feeling is great. Seeing your nieces and nephews happy with what they receive is such an incomparable joy. these are some of the simple things that would bring life to my grueling life. But I'm not complaining, in fact, I love my job where I am into. It's full of challenges. Not a single day would be a dull day. Yet, the break of Christmas is a welcome respite to an all-academic and legal life.

I won't end up the year with promises I couldn't keep. I will just make sure that how I worked hard this year will be doubled next year. How I persevered this year will be twice more next year. Taking life one day at a time would help me avoid stress and enjoy each and every day that God had given me. And this for sure I share to all the people I'll meet everyday through a SMILE.

MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL!
